Patti grew up locally in Cocoa, Florida and her father worked at Cape Canaveral for TWA. Prior to working in real estate, Patti was in the broadcasting field and the hotel industry - thus she is no stranger to people and excellent customer service.

Patti became a Real Estate Broker in New York in 1985 and has been in the business ever since. Patti's truly earned her self proclaimed title "the Queena of Aquarina" with all her years of experience and knowledge of Brevard County's one of kind community - Aquarina Beach and Country Club. Many may know that Patti's husband Keith also works at Certified Realty. Patti & Keith have a wonderful son - Kyle who is truly the sunshine their life.

("you're Patti's husband" that is how Keith is often known). He has worked at Certified Realty, Inc  for over 4 years. Keith grew up in New York - born in Brooklyn, and raised in Great Neck. Keith graduated from the Wharton School of Business and Finance at University of Pennsylvania with a BS Economics. He has been involved in the Real Estate business his entire career - whether selling plumbing supplies to builders in New York or Florida, or building and selling single-family homes.

Keith has two grown children with very successful careers - a daughter who is working for Vera Wang in Manhattan, and a son who is working for Aamark in Vero Beach.  "I moved to Florida 12 years ago to follow the love of my life, Patti" and his ultimate sales person.  Keith brings to the office his vast Real Estate experience and his dedication to the profession.  When he and Patti are not at the office, they are enjoying the joy of the life their son Kyle.

Kathleen has worked at Certified Realty, Inc.  since October 2007. She has the lived in the South Melbourne Beach since 1989, and says it is where she belongs. Originally, from Long Island, New York, she graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BA in Psychology.
